In- home Counseling (IIC)
In-home Counseling (IIC) services to families in NJ that are connected to PerformCare, the Contracted System Administrator (CSA) for NJ’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
Responsibilities
Therapist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide in-home counseling to youth ranging from 5-21 years of age and their families.
Demonstrate competency in the knowledge and skills that are necessary to meet clients’ psychological and social needs
Create and maintain monthly treatment plans
Maintain communication with care managers regarding client progress
Attend scheduled meetings relating to treatment planning and position responsibilities, as well as supervision if applicable
Interact professionally and respectfully with clients, families, staff members, and care managers
Document each counseling session in a timely manner
Plan accordingly for termination and communicating plans clearly to clients, families, staff, and
Willing to travel to Passaic, Union or Middlesex Counties
Driver’s license a must
Must pass a criminal history background check
Experience with developmental disabilities and Spectrum disorders a plus

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor (LRC).
Profession Services - Master's Level IICs (H2014TJU2) are the following :
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
Marriage Family Therapist (MFT)
Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) - Per DCF, an LCADC does not have sufficient credentialing alone to deliver services. The LCADC must possess an active license that meets the Clinical or Professional Services requirements.

Behavioral Assistant
Psychotherapy Solutions is currently seeking in-home behavioral assistance to children, ages 5-21, who are seeking services after school and after work. We are seeking highly motivated, professional, clinicians for full-time, or part-time per-diem positions.
Behavioral Assistance services are part of the continuum of mental/behavioral health services that are components of an approved plan of care authorized by the CSA or other DHS-designated agency, the plan of care is prepared by a licensed mental behavioral healthcare practitioner. Behavioral Assistance Services are time limited, outcome-oriented interventions which have the goal of restoring, rehabilitating or maintaining the child/youth or young adult’s capacity to successfully function in the community and diminish the needs for a more intensive level of care. Behavioral assistance services include applying positive behavioral principles within community and culturally-based norms to build appropriate behaviors so that the child, youth or young adult can remain inand function successfully at, home, in school and in the community. Behavioral assistance services are rehabilitative and restorative, resulting in sustainable positive behavioral changes and quality of life.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling and/or Education.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
One year or more of experience working with youth or families.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Complete Training Program within first 6 months of employment
Bilingual language skills a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care for children and families
Prepare appropriate documentation such as session notes, service encounter forms, and letters
Submit bi-weekly timesheets
Schedule one on one meetings with supervising therapist
